CS Remote Care (CSRC) is a flexible remote diagnostics system that provides a proactive connection to all automated services. It provides state-of-the-art M2M (machine-to-machine) communication between the output devices and the CK service department.
The communication can be established by GSM or GPRS, by e-mail or by fax. All relevant system data (alerts, messages and meter readings) are transmitted directly from the customer’s site to Charles Kieffer Customer Service Department without any further intervention.
